Dairy calves on milk are the highest health risk most expensive to feed animals in the whole replacement cycle. It’s a lot of work, and not everyone is going to thrive at it. You can’t just have a brain dead bottle filler you need someone who can observe and assess calves every feeding. Do you have this labor pool?
