Big Sky Country		You know the people, you know the cattle——maybe ask them what they think is fair——might surprise you,

I knew an ol boy who was approached by developer to buy his ranch——they were sitting around kitchen table, hemming and hawing,

Decided to each write their numbers on a piece of paper, turn it over, and swap.

They weren’t very far apart
