northwest Missouri | Are you shorting the market and selling all of what you own? Buy it back for pennies on the dollar in a couple years. My guess no. It’s not all about cash for most guys in farming but maybe it is for you. Buying land today at 15k is nowhere the same deal as having the opportunity cost of not selling unless all you care about is making the last penny. I would buy the right farm today but have nothing to sell. Guess we are bad managers.
