SE IL | So is all of yours for sale? Haha in all seriousness though the reason land is so high is due to a limited supply and most farmers won’t hardly sell their land at any price. Always talk after an auction about land being too high but none of those saying it would sell theirs for that price. About 2% of farmland sells per year if that went to 5% the value would drop rather quickly imo.
Edit: but yes farmland is as far from reality as it has been in probably 45 years.
