Southern Ohio | I'm not condoning any actions here at all but doesn't the "loss" of value seem excessive? Isn't the bleached hair temporary? Plus, such a high profile story as this, I would think the buyers would know the history of the bleaching and bid on the animals just the same. Again, I don't know if bleached hair lasts two weeks, two months, or two years but I'd doubt the owner would truly sustain the losses mentioned. Maybe I'm wrong though. | |
