NS Canada | I want the most of my calves born atleast a month before the grass comes on strong, no use them laying around on it for that 1st month before they start eating. Plus I rotate heavily and leaving new calves behind is a pain in the azz. They get right to eating it when I let them out and the cows milk good just as the calves are getting hungrier.
