Do research on cholesterol medicine and quit taking it. 200 is not high. They had my total down to 98 combined and things weren't right and I knew it. taking it 3 days a week now. Not enough cholesterol and blood will not hold on too things for liver to do what it needs to do. Brain needs fat to survive and stay healthy.
