Big Sky Country
On hard or dry ground—hit it!

Like if you want to peen a rivet, you tap—-drive it out, hard lick is better. Seems like top of post way less apt to split or mushroom as long as it moves,

2 0r 3 wraps of wire, stapled off, before you screw it up helps,

I’ve had shaver hd10 for many years—-the slop is aggravating but it’s driven many many miles—-another thing on shaver—-if you replace a spring, ‘condition’ the new one—up a little, down—work up to full stroke——springs last way longer.

The ones that hold top of post and kinda vibrate, the trailer mounted ones——- very sweet!
