Subject: RE: Post pounders

I have a Danhuser and it is ok for driving t-posts. I also drive 2.875" diameter pipe and it does ok. I have worn out several parts driving pipe and even cracked the outside housing and had to replace it but the parts costs all seemed reasonable.

I have used a Montana 750 and it is 10x the machine a Danhuser is. I would like to keep Danhuser for t-posts and get a Montana for pipe. Maybe if cattle prices hold up for a year or two.
