| oil is lighter than water and floats on top. oil spill is rare and someone else cleans it up and hauls dirt to a landfill somewhere in illinois. c02 is proposed to go to some cave in north dakota and if that springs a leak, everyone for miles is dead. at least oil is moved to refinery for a product we all use and need. c02 in a north dakota cave???? buncha b as in b and s as in s.
