Modeling proves nothing. It’s. A. Model. It’s. A. Concept.
Actual physical research proves things. I can guarantee my independent consultants never use modeling to prove anything with rates, etc.
When a car company uses a model concept car to begin with, is that where they stop? No. They take it to a wind tunnel. They take it to a track to drive. They take it off road to see how it holds up. They flip it, crash it, bounce it, bend it.
The model is a concept. It’s. A. Concept. It. Proves. Nothing.
Show me a seed company, a chemical company, a university, a car company, a manufacturer of anything that rolls out “modeling” and begins to sell.
