IMO, coulters are the most useless attachment that can go on a planter. If disc openers are in good shape all coulter do is take away from available downpressure to the disc openers. And it’s just another item to maintain. Took mine off years ago and my issues with proper seed placement disappeared. And we plant green into heavy cover crops.
