East Central, Nebraska | i would assume that digifarm has support people to help you out but outside of that if you wanted to get on the phone i could possibly provide some insight and get you going. and its possible that i fall flat on my face and am no help, let me know if you want to get on the phone and try some stuff.
if at all possible i would try and pair the beacon with something else and it if works i would try to pair the tablet with something else, that may help tell you where your problem lies. apple devices and the apple app will kind of tell you right where you sit if you can get your hands on one for a few minutes that may speed up your diagnoses. not trying to degrade the android app, the apple app just provides more information of whats going on. | |
