I tried pairing it again making sure nothing with bluetooth was near and still it wouldn't pair.  I then disconnected the serial connection and it paired up quickly!!  So I tried connecting the Ntriip app to it and it connected. l I disconnected the app and reconnected and it seemed to work fine now.  I didn't go any further with it but next time I work with it I'll have enough time to finish setting it up and see if everything works.
