SMS and Farmworks would both do this although I think they've just about ruined Farmworks.
With SMS you won't have to pay for annual updates as long as you don't update the firmware on your monitor. Once you do that, there is no guarantee that the SMS output will work right on your monitor. It may or may not. You may need SMS updates to make things keep talking.
