Couldn't that same treatment be put on 140K bags? I don't think the treatment thing answers the question of "why 130K".

The 130 or 140K is just a unit of measure for bean sales. Treatment is probably put on thousands of units at a time, whether it's 130 or 140K doesn't make a difference.

I may be wrong, but my guess is that well over 90% of all companies beans are sold in some bulk form anyway.
