As far as I'm aware municiple lime is a cute name for cities human waste (usually with some lime mixed in with it) AKA sludge.
And is closer to a manure substance than an aggregate. The local dairies use it here, and it's definitely not something I would want around my farm yard, or to try and pack down.
Municipal lime for lots? Silage pad?
