S.E. Iowa | I can't say on the water treatment lime for being solid. I did get a bunch of power like milled concrete from a road profiling. I was ok with it needing to go thru a winter. It was like paste the following spring. In the spring after thaw but still wet you sink down 3 inches of slime. I can't see treatment plant lime being much different if it is anywhere close to what I have seen of treatment plant lime. | |
