The local quarry is selling 3+ limestone rock. Its not super hard, but is a hell of a base and probably 10-20% the cost of concrete. Yeah it might only last 10 years who cares.
Thats the plan on our drive from the hay pile to the yard.
Municipal lime for lots? Silage pad?
