The ability to stop and do what you want is one of the few benefits of ownership. As an owner though the thoughts and mental gymnastics of the biz are churning nearly 24 hours a day.Often during sleep attempts. The employees are generally free to think of life out of work, not all but most. What they will do tonight with their social life, where they will go this weekend, what game they will watch or play in.Many awaken at 3 am to plan or start they day. Many often back home just in time for supper. If an owner wants a break to chat with friends,go take a nap etc then that is and should be considered well deserved .I have rarely worked for others and the biz has run me and my weak mind for 40 years plus years,,further ahead by far than being an employee but the benefit. came from the 100 hours ish a week ...most cannot handle the stress..
