I've got a pair of FMX displays unlocked to RTK that I generally use with a portable base station for dirt work but that is a bit of a pain for planting etc., so I'm looking at using my states CORS network for convenience.  Currently, I'm thinking of going the Android device-Lefebure app.-Parani SD1000-Ag Express AE3373 cable.

First off, is this shopping list correct?  

Secondly, I am unfamiliar with the Android world, what would someone recommend?  Since the only function will be to act as a cellular data throughput device, extra features would be secondary to a robust cell package (we are in the boondocks).  What android version should I be looking for and is sticking with a well known brand name important?
