SESD | Yep. Am paying for 400 currently. Will own it in 15yrs when I'm 55. Would be nice to have the opportunity to own 1000-1500 like my dads age did with some hard work and good timing. But it seems the days are over when you buy a piece thinking it is high risk/price and in a couple years gross the price on 1 crop. Then to think about the next generation. I have 7th kid coming next month, so if 1 or 2 want to farm with me, that will be a challenge.
