Make sure the nursing home has done all they can.there was almost 3 month delay before the first check and they are still 6 weeks behind with reimbursements. The insurance company didn't seem to think a 90 year old with a broken hip needed care. Not sure who they bought their coverage from but it was bought out by Transamerica and the buck got passed several times.
