Nowhere to be found. This policy was purchased in 2004 about 2 years after my Mother passed away. Never seen the agent again. I was not involved in that transaction. The policy actually can pay out quite good as it had inflation built in and it has no limit on years to pay out. Probably part of the reason they don't want to part with their money.
