If you want them to work with you then you need to do hta and not cash contracts. Then they should allow you to roll bushels if you're short. And if they don't I would find someone else to work with. Of course if the market inverts you won't feel that great about rolling. As always in marketing no matter what choice you make, you're assuming some risk.
