MY 1985-86 ending stocks 4.88 billion, total usage 7.41 billion. Let's not be quite so dramatic as to say we have anything approaching that, for the people who might be reading this and not know the historical context.....
And the 2004-2005 ending stocks were 2.175, very close to what is projected right now, but with only 11 billion usage.
