There is 950mb more supply currently as of Mar 1 and the y-o-y increase in total demand is 810mb. That leaves 140ish mb demand increase across the last half of the year. Considering usage is front loaded in the marketing year 75ish mb increase in usage per quarter during the rest of the year is likely.
There will not be a 250mb or even a 100mb change in the April WASDE.
