Can't sustain $2,500 heifer prices on $16 milk. I remember getting $2,400-2,500 hd. prices for grade springers in or around 2005-6' I remember guys having to sell 5 culls to buy a springer. You could see the train wreck coming. Another exodus of dairy right now, bankers are forcing it, some though attrition of younger generation tired of seeing parents struggle to pay thr bills. All bankers can see is land values, can flip the land and loan to the investors to build homes.

Housing market is going to take a dump in near future. Governor of Utah just declared low income housing, first time housing needs to be minimal of 1,600 Sq. ft. really? Pretty big starter homes for families with no kids.wonder if this train wreck is running on lithium batteries?
