Pittsburg, Kansas | I made it a habit if anyone was behind me to either go to the right siding and wait till all traffic passed or pull into the middle of the highway and blocking traffic when turning left.
Either got out of harms way till traffic passed, or blocked traffic and made them wait till I got turned.
Same way on lane usage. Either took up the whole lane to the center line, or got off in the ditch out of the way. Nothing in between, giving them only half enough room to get around me.
