Part of the problem is with turn signals on tractors, .
Good points...Flashing lights/signals/strobes,ect. can easily confuse drivers....and anyplace turning left you never want to depend on turn signals and mirrors...Can mirrors even see past/ behind a grain cart?
Very sad situation , I am sure if its a commercial truck he will have a cab cam as most insurance requires them
