Being oiled is a weekly thing for me. I wear the same pants for a week or more, usually until they are stiff enough to stand in the corner. I put them in the same washing machine my wife uses for her white scrubs. It's a front load Maytag Neptune and I set it for every cycle it has. I use a LOT of detergent and sometimes a little bleach. Works for me.
