| The court system determines if the letter of the law was followed. Generally courts will usually err on the side of caution that the experts assessments are correct but that does not mean they have determined that the experts were correct. It just means that they followed the letter of the law.
That is true for both situations. People often incorrectly use court cases such as these as implied proof that the experts assessments were correct. That is not what the court determined. | |
