No need to test flow, if clutch and pto don’t work it about has to be the problem. I’m sure there’s pressure test ports on the valve body along the left side of the transmission.

Have you pulled the hex shaft out the back? It’s behind the clevis that the top link pin goes through.

Might get lucky and the shafts just rounded off where it goes through the pump.

You can remove/loosen cover on hydraulic/trans filter and crank tractor and see if it pumps at all. Be ready to kill it because if it’s pumping it’ll waste a lot of oil in a hurry.

You don’t want to run the engine for long periods of time with rear pump not working. Front pump depends on oil from the rear pump for cooling and lubrication. Only run it long enough to test. It’s got residual oil in it but it’ll gall the pistons in the bores eventually.
