The adjustable nut system is a good fix. However a Scotseal won’t hold up in conditions that a duocone seal will. Both seals have their place, but a quadtrac bombing in the mud isn’t it for a Scotseal.
A duocone seal system is good as long as the unit has uses an adjustable preload system
