Or you can buy 3 or 4 Case's for price of the 4020. Deere is still an old tractor and will break if put into regular service. Fix the seat, the a/c, put in a new cab kit, and put the rubber floor mat in and the 70 series is as good as anything that rolled off the line in 1970. 70 series has better hydraulics than the deere.

To the OP, Case powershifts need to be operated properly, they are easy to abuse. I love Case, but wouldnt buy a powershift unless I knew where it came from. Person pet peeve of kine with an IH is the suicide doors..... its not a racecar IH design team, i know the black stripe makes it go faster but take it easy haha....


A 70 series case isnt much younger and will break just as much.
A 4020 has 18 gpm hydraulic flow while a 1070 has 16. 4020 has waaay better shifting.
