How much HP do you need? Size of PTO? Hydraulic flow needed?
At that price level, I'd be tempted to go down the path of a rough but solid JD 4630.
I don't need much HP, maybe around 100. Everything I have currently is only 540 PTO, don't think hydraulic flow would be an issue. And I haven't seen any 4630s around $15k that looked to be worth owning.
