Thanks for the advice. A wiring diagram would be very helpful. I didn't have the expected weather delay yesterday but probably will today.

Checking/cleaning all grounds is always good advice.

I think I'll start with my original plan of checking the fuses one by one. I notice that there are a couple 30 AMP fuses listed for lights which would be a good place to start. It appears that one of the previous owners had added some extra rear lights which could add to the confusion.

One of the fuses is marked as "interlock for road so it is possibly involved with their layout where the road/flasher switch overrides the field light knob.

After checking the fuses, the think I will try an organized "swap around" relay plan. It appears several relays are involved and swapping them around might lead to some conclusions.
