Omaha steaks are expensive, but very good cuts. They're not really marketed towards the "average" person outside of the city. Their focus is more on middle/upper class of urban, rather than rural communities. They'll ship their steaks to you packed in dry ice as well. Mostly I've seen them given as gifts, rather than as an online meat counter.
