Kittitas Co. Wa. State

Come on can't ya just see that juicy steak sizzling on the BBQ??

Well its an "OMAHA Steak!"  woohoo !!

Ah, gees, marketing at it's finest.

Corporations either employ or contract thousands of people to come up with great advertising angles, gingles, catchy phrases,,, the whole advertising concept.

"certified black angus"  and Micky D's is raking in the money.  (lol...it actually takes a very little percentage of the actual black angus gene's to be able to call meat certified black angus, so all the cross cattle cross bred with black angus qualify..)

Advertising (sales gimics)  have become so ingrained in the American culture, most people accept it as reality and are incapable of recognizing it's just a sales pitch.

It would be very interesting to know how long the company lets the beef hang before cutting.  They probably let the beef hang for 3 weeks, snip off the green parts then cut up for packaging. The longer beef hangs the more tender it will be.
