Here is our recipe, it may not be good for you but it sure is good.

35 ears of corn
1 lb butter
1 pint half and half

Husk corn, wash, then cut off cob. A bunt pan works good for the cutting.
Put corn, butter and half and half in roasting pan and bake at 350 for one hour. Stirring occasionally.
Cool in ice water and freeze.
enjoy.
