NC Iowa | 5 eggs
2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cartons 1/2 & 1/2 or (2 cup cream and 2 cup milk)
4 cups milk
Beat eggs add rest of ingrediants in order. Beat after each.
I try to put this together ahead of time so all ingredients are cold. If you forget thats ok too.
Now have fun and make some great ice cream.
As you see the eggs in this one are not cooked. We have never had a problem with raw eggs. | |
