Installed a 4 ton GEO Comfort system last summer for around 13000$. Then we recieved the tax credits off of that. My monthly bill is around $40 in a 1700 sqft house basement unfinished. We did not drill wells this was done with a backhoe we had plenty of room on the farm. This is the only way to go.
