I do think it is excessive, and really can't fathom how its done. That 21K (20,848), is half incoming. I did have a talk with her today, and asked how you can be 4x your normal use. She said one of her friends, who rides a different bus, txt her none stop to & from school (I think that girl has a 1hr bus ride).
She also has a boyfriend now. I don't think they ever talk, just txt.
