when i was single was simply sandwhiches or whatever, now though if i am too busy to make it home for a meal theres always a small container of pasta, soup, caserole finding its way to me. like some other said, make a little breka to eat, rest yourself, no matter what you are doing a few minutes to relax can prevent a lot of things from happening.
