Sure is good stuff, David; just finished a roll today; goes well with fresh tomatoes out of the garden.
It is always available in most stores in S. Ontario. Got the last one on sale for $1.99/lb.; that's better than $5.49 for regular side bacon (that is belly bacon, not sure what everyone calls it, lol).
