Probably the same reasoning that unless I flat do not hear my phone ringing around the equipment I will always answer the phone. In that case I will always call back as soon as I check my phone and see I missed a call.  Someone calls me,, I will stop and answer it.

Only time I won't is when I'm driving,, primary offense in this state, couple hundred $$ fine if caught, AND I refuse do 'donate' one crying dime to our stoopid politicians if I can help it.
