I haven't sold any for years, but if I remember, it's a larger seed like orchardgrass.

My next question is why? Canarygrass is generally planted in wet areas, or along streambanks for stabilization. In just a year or less, it will choke out the alfalfa. It also isn't as palatable as some other grasses in a hay mix. Unless you specifically want Canarygrass for a wet area, I'd go with something else.
