Our 4wd that we plant with now doesn't have IMS, but when we were planting with our 8220 I used it some. Especially when planting soybeans and using the markers. Worked really well when you had multiple hydraulic functions to use. Also set it up to shift down the necessary amount of times depending on the speed we were running. Dealership told us not to use the diff. lock with autosteer the first year we had it.
