Personally, we think JD could do a better job in the OM explaining setup sequence and using IMS. We've asked for a training dvd on the IMS & found there is nothing. Seems to me that JD would utilize more visual training methods like dvds. Same w/their IVT. They could do better on instruction. Video presentation allows "for instance" presentations that you don't usually find in print. Also-I'd think they (or someone) could come up with a desktop (or laptop) computer "simulator" that allows you to play with IMS (or IVT!!) without sitting in the cab of the tractor. I see Precision has something "similar" with their new planter monitor demo program you can download. But then again, I've also wondered in this day & age of wonderful printers, why they still use black & white photos in the OM. Color would help, I think. This also includes their pdf disk version, which I realize is a copy of the paper book. I realize this is truly a here thing.
