I did a good job of threshing the grain out of the heads and I had a clean sample. The problem with my wheat last year was, the Easter freeze damaged alot of the heads. Some were blank and some were partially filled, and some were nice plump heads. That is what I meant. By the way, I ran a speciality rotor with spiked rasp bars and the big wire concaves. Hope this helps.
